Baptist Health’s Intensive Outpatient Program for mental health (IOP) consists of day sessions. We are committed to providing quality, confidential treatment to individuals with behavioral health related issues. As part of our intensive outpatient program for mental health, programming includes group therapy, coping-skills classes, and psychoeducation sessions where you can learn about and discuss topics related to your specific needs.

Adult Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Program

Baptist Health offers intensive outpatient therapy designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders. This day programming is one component of our comprehensive intensive outpatient mental health program, providing structured treatment while allowing patients to maintain their daily responsibilities. Day programming for substance use includes the following and addresses co-occurring disorders:
