Visit Auto Pay - A convenient way to take care of your balance after your visit

Baptist Health Medical Group's Visit Auto Pay makes it easier to pay your portion of the cost for your visit after your insurance has processed your claim.

When you choose Visit Auto Pay, you authorize Baptist Health Medical Group to securely save your payment method for that visit. Once your insurance processes the claim and determines the amount you owe, your payment method will be charged — up to the amount you authorized.

How Visit Auto Pay Works

1.) Enroll for your visit. At check-in, you may be offered the option to enroll in Visit Auto Pay and securely place a payment method on file.

2.) We bill your insurance. Your claim is submitted to your insurance as usual.

3.) Your insurance determines your responsibility. We wait until your insurance processes the claim and tells us what portion, if any, you owe.

4.) We'll notify you before charging your card. You will receive a notification three days before your payment method is charged.

5.) We process the amount you owe. Your card will never be charged more than your actual patient responsibility or more than the maximum amount you authorized.

If your insurance determines that you owe nothing for the visit, your card will not be charged and the securely stored payment information for Visit Auto Pay will be deleted.
