Baptist Health Virtual Care provides convenient access to urgent care video visits, eVisits and scheduled appointment video visits for patients of age 2 or older, whether at home, in the office or while away from home. You must have or create a MyChart account to use Baptist Health Virtual Care.
Virtual Care video visits allow patients to experience a secure online provider visit via smartphone, tablet or computer within minutes via MyChart and Zoom.
Meanwhile, with Virtual Care eVisits, you will fill out a symptom-specific questionnaire online via MyChart and the provider will recommend a treatment plan and order prescriptions, if necessary.
