Angie Mannino

Chief People and Culture Officer

Angie Mannino is Baptist Health’s chief people and culture officer. She joined Baptist Health in 2014 and has more than 33 years of business leadership and human resources experience.

As chief people and culture officer, Mannino oversees human resources for the entire health system, including benefits, workforce planning, recruiting, leadership development, employment practice, compensation, benefits, and the employee experience.

Previously, Mannino served as senior vice president for human resources with Inova Health System in Falls Church, Virginia, a system of five hospitals, with more than 1,700 licensed beds and 16,000 employees. 

Mannino has a business/finance degree from Bellevue University in Nebraska and a master’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She worked for a number of years with the former Brown & Williamson organization, holding a variety of senior management roles.

She and her husband, Ben, have two adult children, a daughter, Morgan, who lives in Boston, and a son, Tony, who lives in Seattle.
