Dr. Settle earned his medical degree in 1971 from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn., completing a pathology/surgery residency at Vanderbilt Hospital. Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Settle is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Kentucky Medical Association.
