Vincent J Lang, MD

Dr. Vincent Lang is board certified in Family Medicine whose office is located in Middletown. Dr. Lang attended The Chicago Medical School and completed a Family Medicine Residency in Vermont. Fulfilling a public health scholarship commitment, Dr. Lang cared for patients in rural Illinois for 10 years providing full range of medical services including office, hospital, emergency room, and surgical. After moving to Bloomington, Indiana, Dr. Lang joined a hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic focusing on chronic disease management and acute illness treatment with broadening emphasis on disease prevention. He joined Baptist Medical group in 2014 concentrating on disease prevention, physiology based care for acute and chronic illness.
