Mark Puckett, MD is a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician in Louisville. He completed medical training at University of Louisville followed by residency in Family Medicine and a fellowship in Sports Medicine in Greenwood, South Carolina. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. Dr. Puckett has experience in sideline sports team coverage at the high school, collegiate, and professional level. He currently serves as team physician for Ballard High School and Spalding University. He has additional experience in coverage for endurance sporting events. Clinically, Dr. Puckett is recognized for expertise in the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound and regenerative therapies. He cares for patients of all ages with the goal of optimizing physical activity and health across all stages of life. Outside of his professional roles, he prioritizes his time with his wife and sons along with serving at Highview Baptist Church.
