Scams Security Notice
Baptist Health has received reports of widespread phishing emails using the MyChart name and branding. While these do not specifically identify Baptist Health, some of our patients have received them. These emails are not affiliated with Baptist Health, Epic or MyChart.
If you receive an email message offering a free health kit, free gift or survey requests, please:
- Delete the email immediately.
- Do not click on any links within the email.
- Do not provide personal or financial information.
- Do not reply to the email.

If you need to access your MyChart account, use the Baptist Health MyHealth app or visit mychart.baptisthealth.com directly.
How to Identify a Phishing Email
- Verify the sender email address. Official Baptist Health MyChart communications will come from [email protected].
- Look for spelling/grammar errors or urgent requests.
- Be extra cautious with links and attachments.
- Be sure to read the entire email before acting. This includes the sender, subject, body and signature.
