We're Moving to Paperless Billing

What's Changing?

To provide a more secure, convenient, and environmentally friendly experience, Baptist Health has transitioned to paperless billing for all MyChart users. The transition to paperless billing began on May 14, 2025. 

This means your billing statements will now be delivered electronically through your MyChart account, rather than by mail.

How Paperless Billing Works

  • All patients with a MyChart account are now automatically enrolled in paperless billing.
  • When a new bill is ready, you’ll receive a notification by email or through the MyHealth mobile app.
  • You can view and pay your bill securely anytime by logging into your MyChart account.

Prefer Paper Bills?

If you would rather continue receiving paper statements by mail, you can update your preferences at any time:

  • Log in to your MyChart account.
  • Go to the Billing section in the main menu.
  • Select the Paperless Preferences link.
  • Turn off the option for Paperless Billing.
