Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)

An ATM is located on the ground floor across from the Outpatient Services Area.


You may send a card to your friend or family member in the hospital at the following address:

Chaplaincy Services

A minister is available three days a week and 24/7 through a volunteer chaplaincy program. If you do not have a minister and are in need of spiritual or emotional counseling, ask your nurse to contact the on-call chaplain. Baptist Health provides an all-faith meditation room for prayer or quiet meditation. The meditation room is located near the elevators in the main lobby of the first floor.

Gift Shop

The Auxiliary Gift Shop is located on the first floor in the main lobby. For more information call 625-3315.

Lost and Found

If you lose an item while at the hospital, call 625-3181.


Access to Wi-Fi internet is available to all patients and visitors.

Mail and Flower Delivery

Mail and flowers are delivered each day. Someone will be happy to open and read your mail to you if you need assistance. Outgoing mail may be given to the nurses' station.

ADA/Special Services

Whenever possible, we provide assistance for those needing special services. Patients who have difficulty reading, speaking English, or who need other assistance will be accommodated to the best of our ability. TDD/TTY telecommunications devices for the deaf are available Monday through Sunday and upon request. Please contact your nurse for more information.

Cafeteria and Vending

The cafeteria is located on the first floor near the main entrance of the hospital. The cafeteria is open the following times: Breakfast 6:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. Lunch 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Dinner 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Vending machines are located on the ground floor across from the outpatient waiting area and on the main floor.


Restrooms are located in the main lobby near the Information Desk and adjacent to most public waiting lounges and areas.

Patient Representative

If you have questions or concerns about our policies or services, or any complaints concerning the hospital or care you received, a patient representative is available 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 625-3446.


Smoking is prohibited on hospital grounds. Visitors may smoke in their vehicles.
