Your doctor’s office can send in a new prescription directly to our pharmacy. We’ll reach out to your insurance plan to determine coverage and work to find co-pay and financial assistance to reduce your out of pocket expense as much as possible. Once the medication is filled, our team will reach out to you to set up home delivery, making it as easy of a process as possible.

How do I report an error or complaint?

We encourage you to let us know immediately if you are having issues with our services. We are committed to consistently provide you with the highest level of care – and if we are not meeting this standard, we want to hear from you to immediately resolve these issues. You can give us a call directly, or send us feedback through the patient satisfaction survey.

How can I speak to someone after-hours?

For any non-urgent matters, you may call our specialty pharmacy call center directly or your clinic specialty pharmacist and follow the prompts to leave a message. We will contact you when the pharmacy opens. We also provide access to an after-hours pharmacist when the pharmacy is closed, please feel free to utilize this service for urgent clinical or medication support outside of normal business hours. They can be reached through the specialty pharmacy call center and follow the prompts to reach a pharmacist. For any medical emergencies, please call 911 and seek emergency medical attention.

What should I do in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency?

We will work with you and your insurance to prepare and ship medications early, or to ship them to an alternate location to avoid interruptions in therapy. If you think you will be impacted by a natural disaster, please contact the pharmacy directly to discuss your options.
