What We Do

The Innovative Learning and Development Department of Baptist Louisville supports educational programs for all employees, community healthcare providers, and physicians. We provide continuing education programs for all disciplines, in-service programs for employees, leadership development training, safety/OSHA training, and self-study professional development options.

Nursing Faculty Orientation - Must be completed by all nursing faculty.
