Get Easy, Secure Access to Your Baptist Health Medical Records with MyChart

Healthcare achieves the best results when it is a collaboration between patient and provider. MyChart is a system that lets you access your medical records and connect with your provider from a secure website or your smartphone. By using MyChart, you become an active participant in your medical care.

The MyChart service is free and getting started takes just minutes. Using MyChart you can:

  • Communicate with your doctor
  • Request prescription refills
  • Access your test results
  • Manage your appointments

Sign Up for MyChart Today

To sign up for MyChart online, all you need is:

  • A computer with access to the internet
  • The MyChart Activation Code you received in your enrollment letter
  • The last four digits of your social security number
  • Your date of birth

Visit https://mychart.baptisthealth.com/mychart/ and click SIGN UP NOW.

MyChart Mobile App

To use the MyChart mobile app, download it from the App Store or Google Play. Search for “MyChart” to locate it.

After the app has finished installing, you should see the MyChart icon listed on your device. Touch the icon to open the MyChart app. Once the app is open for the first time, you’ll need to select your location, then touch the Baptist Health icon. Log in to your MyChart account using your username and password, or you can set up fingerprint authentication by touching the “Use Fingerprint” option and following the prompts.
