Dr. Nicholas Kenney is an orthopedic surgeon in La Grange who helps people recover from injuries and stay active. He provides care for general orthopedic needs and trauma, with specialized services in joint replacement, knee and shoulder surgery, and orthopedic sports medicine. Dr. Kenney earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, completed his residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine, and pursued fellowship training at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
