Frances Sparks, APRN

Frances Sparks, APRN is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in Louisville, Kentucky. She offers wellness exams, preventive services, chronic disease management, and mental health care, with a focus on integrated, whole-person treatment. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Northern Kentucky University. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in family medicine and psychiatric mental health. Frances combines evidence-based medicine with compassionate, collaborative care to support both physical and mental health needs. Her clinical interests include preventive care, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, hormone replacement therapy, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness planning.
