Dr. William Kelsey Snapp is a hand surgeon providing care in Lexington. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, completed his residency at Rhode Island Hospital, and a fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Snapp is board certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with and added subspecialty certificate in surgery of the hand and specializes in advanced hand and upper extremity care.
