Tylor Kelly, PT, DPT

Tylor Kelly, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist providing care to patients in the Elizabethtown community. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University, building a strong foundation in advanced movement science and evidence-based rehabilitation. Tylor helps patients recover from outpatient orthopedic conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs by designing individualized treatment plans that address joint dysfunction, relieve pain, and restore function. Trained in blood flow restriction therapy, he focuses on identifying and correcting movement impairments to promote lasting physical recovery. Tylor equips patients with practical self-management strategies and the physical stability needed to confidently achieve their functional goals and safely return to the activities they enjoy.
