Dr. Thomas Noel is a Breast Surgical Oncologist and General Surgeon serving patients in New Albany with expertise in breast surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Missouri at Columbia School of Medicine. Dr. Noel went on to complete a fellowship in breast surgery at Yale University. He is board certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery and is an active member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, Society of Surgical Oncology, and American College of Surgeons. He is dedicated to providing skilled, patient-centered surgical care.
