Rachel Brown, PT, DPT, CIDN, is a licensed physical therapist serving Lexington and surrounding communities. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky. Rachel provides care for patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and work-related injuries. As a provider certified in Integrative Dry Needling, she blends specialized neuromuscular therapies with individualized therapeutic exercise programs to help alleviate pain, restore natural movement, and support safe recovery. Additionally, she incorporates advanced ergonomics training, including her Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS I) certification, to optimize patient movement and workspace mechanics. Her clinical approach centers on identifying and treating underlying movement imbalances to reduce the risk of future injury.
