Kyle D. Mills, D.O., FACP, practices outpatient internal medicine in Louisville. He offers primary care, preventive health services, and ongoing management of chronic conditions. His areas of interest include type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular wellness, LGBT+ healthcare, and obesity management. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from the University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at the University of Louisville. He is board certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. In addition, Dr. Mills is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP). He serves as clinical faculty for the University of Louisville and Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Mills values building strong relationships with his patients to support lifelong health.
