Kelly Hulls, PT, DPT 

Kelly Hulls, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist practicing in Crestwood. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Marquette University and focuses on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and individualized movement therapy, treating a broad range of conditions including chronic spinal pain, sports injuries, and pre- and post-surgical recovery. Her practice combines specialized manual therapy with targeted therapeutic exercise and motor re-education to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve function.
