Jason Miller, MD is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician in Louisville. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Bellarmine University before completing his medical degree, internal medicine internship, and physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
