Dr. Emily Gregory provides maternal and fetal medicine care in Louisville, supporting patients with high risk pregnancy care from preconceptual and genetic counseling to managing high risk fetal and maternal complications. In addition, she specializes in diagnosis, evaluation, and management of high risk pregnancies through detailed obstetric ultrasound, amniocentesis, cerclages, extensive patient counseling, and diabetes management. She earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, completed her residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, and fellowship training at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Gregory is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is also board certified in Maternal and Fetal Medicine. She is committed to providing compassionate care from diagnosis through delivery.
