Amanda R. Allison, APRN, is a certified nurse practitioner in Louisville working alongside Dr. John S. Lewis to treat disorders of the foot and ankle. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Amanda is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has additional certification as an Orthopedic Nurse through the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses.
