Aaron K. Compton, MD, is a board-certified interventional pain management specialist in Louisville treating acute and chronic orthopedic and spine conditions. A Somerset, Kentucky native, he earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his anesthesiology residency there, followed by a pain medicine fellowship at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Compton uses a multimodal, evidence-based approach to reduce pain, improve mobility, and minimize reliance on opioids through conservative and minimally invasive treatments.
