Baptist Health to open new urgent care facility in Jeffersontown

The new facility will officially open to the public on Monday, Nov. 23.

Louisville, Ky. (Nov. 20, 2020) – Baptist Health is opening a new urgent care location in Jeffersontown. The facility, formerly occupied by a Baptist Health Express Care, has been converted to a Baptist Health Urgent Care. The new facility will officially open to the public on Monday, Nov. 23. It is located at 10216 Taylorsville Road, Suite 150, Louisville, KY, 40299

Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday: 8 a.m.-8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Online check-in at BaptistHealthClinics.com will be an option for patients wanting to hold their spot in line while waiting somewhere they feel more comfortable. Walk-ins are also welcome. For those who prefer virtual care, Baptist Health offers Urgent Care Video Visits through MyChart.

“We are excited to announce the opening of Baptist Health Urgent Care in Jeffersontown, as it creates more opportunities for us to improve the health in our community,” said Omega Savage, APRN.  “Now the community can have more care options, close to home.”

Baptist Health Urgent Care will include physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners to assist patients with common medical conditions including cough, cold, flu and sinus issues, allergies, earaches, strep throat, burns or lacerations, skin and eye infections, flu and tetanus shots, and more.
