Baptist Health Lexington receives Healthgrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award for third year in a row
In total, 399 hospitals received the Outstanding Patient Experience Award for 2022.
(Lexington, Ky.) July 15, 2022 — Baptist Health Lexington has once again received the Healthgrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award, marking the third year in a row the hospital has earned this recognition.
In total, 399 hospitals received the Outstanding Patient Experience Award for 2022, representing the top 15% of hospitals in the nation for patient experience.
Baptist Health was the only Lexington hospital to receive the award this year, and one of only three in the state.
Healthgrades evaluates patient experience performance based on 10 measures, using data collected from surveys of the hospital’s own patients. Topics include communication with doctors and nurses, responsiveness of staff, and cleanliness.
