Steely Named Vice President at Baptist Health Corbin

Mark Steely has been promoted to Vice President, Planning & Operations at Baptist Health Corbin, a 273-bed hospital serving residents of Whitley, Knox, Laurel, Bell, Jackson, Clay, McCreary and Harlan counties in Kentucky and Jellico, Tennessee.

Mark Steely has been promoted to Vice President, Planning & Operations at Baptist Health Corbin, a 273-bed hospital serving residents of Whitley, Knox, Laurel, Bell, Jackson, Clay, McCreary and Harlan counties in Kentucky and Jellico, Tennessee.

Steely joined Baptist in 1991 and has served in various positions both clinical and administrative. His background includes more than 27 years of experience in radiology and business administration.

Steely’s leadership was instrumental in Baptist Health Corbin expanding imaging and cardiology services lines with the development of three off-site imaging centers, a cardiac imaging center, and a dedicated breast center, allowing Baptist to increase access to the communities, we serve.  

Steely received a bachelor’s degree from Union College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of the Cumberlands. He also holds licenses with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist, The Nuclear Medicine Technology Board, and The Association for Medical Imaging Management. 

Mark, his wife, Carla and their four children reside in the Corbin area.
