Appointments are available for the annual free skin cancer screening sponsored by Kentucky Cancer Program, Baptist Health Paducah and Lourdes hospital.
It will be from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 15, at the Marshall Nemer Pavilion Outpatient Surgery Center at Lourdes Mercy Health.
Area dermatologists will volunteer their time to examine and evaluate skin changes. One in five Americans will develop skin cancer in the course of a lifetime, according to the Skin Cancer Foundation.
