Dr Allison Rains named to Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services

Emergency medicine physician Allison Rains, MD, who serves as the Medical Director of Emergency Services at Baptist Health Paducah, was recently appointed to a four-year term of the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services by Gov. Matt Bevin.

Emergency medicine physician Allison Rains, MD, who serves as the Medical Director of Emergency Services at Baptist Health Paducah, was recently appointed to a four-year term of the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services by Gov. Matt Bevin.

 

Rains will represent physicians who are routinely involved in the emergency care of ill or injured children.

 

Rains is employed by Team Health Emergency Medicine.

 

The Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services regulates EMS licenses and ensures all licensed and certified EMS workers in Kentucky practice within the state’s code of conduct for emergency services.
