Three Marshall County residents will lead Baptist Health Paducah's new primary care clinic in Benton.

Three Marshall County residents will lead Baptist Health Paducah’s new primary care clinic in Benton. Physicians Ali Jessee, DO, and Frances Horn, DO, and nurse practitioner Jennifer Waters, APRN, will offer timely appointments for patients, as well as urgent care for walk-ins, at Baptist Health Benton, 543 Powell Lane.

The primary care clinic will open Thursday, Aug. 8, but a ribbon cutting with the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7. The clinic will be the second location for Baptist Health in Marshall County. Marshall native Ashley Jessup, MD, practices family medicine at Baptist Health Calvert City.

Dr. Jessee earned a doctor of chiropractic degree from the Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Mo., followed by a medical degree from Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an internal medicine residency at Norton Community Hospital in Norton, Va. Dr. Jessee has worked as a hospitalist at Baptist Health Paducah for the past seven years, as well as an Emergency Department physician at Marshall County Hospital for the past four years.

Dr. Horn earned a medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed a residency at University of Oklahoma Rural Family Medicine. She has been a hospitalist at Baptist Health Paducah for the past five years.

Jennifer Waters, APRN, will join Drs. Jessee and Horn. Walters graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Kentucky Wesleyan College and a master’s degree in nursing from University of Southern Indiana. She has been a registered nurse since 1997 and a nurse practitioner since 2006, most recently working with hospitalists at Baptist Health Paducah.
