Baptist Health Paducah’s cardiac rehabilitation program has earned re-accreditation by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
The three-year voluntary accreditation follows an intensive assessment and establishes that the level of technical and administrative performance meets or exceeds national standards.
This certification is recognition of Baptist Health’s commitment to improving the quality of life of patients by enhancing standards of care.
Housed in the Carson-Myre Heart Center facing Kentucky Avenue, the 2,900-square-foot rehab cardiac rehab facility is bordered by 100 linear feet of curved glass windows, offering recovering heart patients a “window on the world” while they exercise on treadmills, stair-climbers and arm-exercisers.
