Madisonville, KY. (December 4, 2019):  Mitzi Gardner, APRN, joined Baptist Health Medical Group Primary Care in Powderly on November 25, 2019.

 

Mitzi earned her Master of Science in nursing, Family Practice program, from Western Kentucky University.

 

Mitzi specializes in family medicine and primary care.  We are pleased to welcome her to Baptist Health Medical Group in Powderly.
