Erin Crook, MSN, APRN, FNP-C to General Surgery practice

 

Madisonville, KY. (December 4, 2019):  Erin Crook, MSN, APRN, FNP-C joined Baptist Health Medical Group General Surgery in Madisonville on November 25, 2019.

 

Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Murray State University and her Master of Science in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. She is a certified nurse practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

 

Erin will assist patients with preoperative education about enhanced recovery after surgery, as well as postoperative care.  We are pleased to welcome her to Baptist Health Medical Group in Madisonville.
