Baptist Health Paducah has named Pam Courtney as executive director of several nursing departments.
Baptist Health Paducah has named Pam Courtney as executive director of several nursing departments.
Courtney will be responsible for the Intensive Care and Cardiac Care Units, as well as manage nursing house supervisors, the nurse float pool and nursing office.
Courtney, who has worked at Baptist Health Paducah for 16 years, has served as Director of Cardiac Telemetry on the fourth floor since 2011.
She has a bachelor’s degree in business from Mid-Continent University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from McKendree University in Lebanon, Ill.
