Chaplains/Pastoral Care

Illness and crisis are deeply spiritual experiences. We care about the thoughts, feelings, questions, meanings and deeper significance of hospitalization for patients and their families. Please call for a chaplain at 502.222.3340 if your family is having trouble with the illness, family relationships, or any aspect of the care at Baptist Health La Grange. Local clergy members are also welcome and encouraged to visit patients while they are in the hospital.

Cots are available for family members who wish to stay overnight with a patient. Ask the patient's nurse to make the arrangements.

Firearms are not allowed in the hospital, unless a law enforcement officer is guarding a prisoner or performing other official duties.

Visiting hours
Visitor restrictions are still in place to protect patients and staff at Baptist Health La Grange. The following general guidelines will be effective June 8, 2020. These guidelines are subject to change based on patient and staff safety related to COVID-19 status.
