Leadership at Baptist Health La Grange
Clint Kaho has served as president of Baptist Health La Grange since 2017. Before that, Kaho served as vice president, beginning in 2011. In that role, he leads several departments including Radiology, Property Management and Construction, Plant Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Environmental Services, Food Services and Information Technology, and is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to broaden the hospital’s care network. He serves as the hospital’s Human Subjects Protections Officer.
Kaho began his career with Baptist as an administrative resident in 2005. He became director of project management for Baptist Health Louisville in 2006 and was named assistant vice president for the hospital in 2009. He was instrumental in the development of Baptist Eastpoint, the system’s 190,000-square-foot outpatient services and medical offices building, which opened in 2009, and the development of Park Tower, an eight-story addition to the hospital that opened in 2008.
In addition, Kaho helped develop a new Ambulatory Surgery Center that is a joint venture between Baptist Health Louisville and a group of surgeons. He received the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Early Career Regent’s Award in 2013.
