As someone who used to be a former athlete, I felt like I knew what I needed to be eating to lose weight, I just wasn't eating those things. They really helped me understand that I really did not know what I needed to be eating.

- [Nikki]

Our non-surgical weight loss program doesn't just focus on dieting alone, we are focused on behavior and lifestyle changes. Part of that is a prescription meal plan that is designed to promote the metabolic changes necessary to actually treat the disease process of obesity.

- Obesity is a disease that I'm fighting just like anyone else who has any other type of disease.

- We thrive on education here, so we start the program by teaching you what this disease actually is and all about it and how to properly treat it.

- So, non-surgical weight loss goes into behavior changes and lifestyle changes. We work with our patients on time management, we work with our patients on things like anxiety and depression, and all of those little parts of who we are impact this disease process.

- For the first time in a long time, I had actually had success losing weight by eating the kinds of foods that I needed to be eating and the amounts that I needed to be eating. So, when I left here, I felt full of hope for the first time in a long time. ♪ [music]
