The purpose of this study is to gather preliminary safety and effectiveness data on Citadel Embolization Device in the treatment of wide-neck intracranial aneurysms.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
Has a single, unruptured target intracranial aneurysm that is suitable for endovascular treatment.
Exclusion
Target aneurysm has been previously treated.
