Baptist Health Floyd forum is held in accordance with Indiana Code

Forum provides community opportunity to comment on Baptist Health Floyd performance.

The purpose of the forum is to provide members of the community an opportunity to comment on Baptist Health Floyd’s performance in the previous year; discuss pricing of health services provided at the hospital; and discuss the contributions made by Baptist Health Floyd to the community, including uncompensated care, charitable contributions, and any other charitable assistance programs.
