Baptist Health Paducah will celebrate National Cancer Survivors’ Day from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 2, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Regional Cancer Care Center.

“We want to thank our patients for entrusting their care to us,” said Michael Tutor, executive director of oncology, heart and imaging services. “We hope current and former patients will join us for this event.”

The worldwide event always takes place the first Sunday of June. The day serves as a celebration for those who have survived, an inspiration to those recently diagnosed, a gathering of support for families and an outreach to the community.

The come-and-go event will feature tours of the cancer center, lymphedema and respiratory screenings, valuable information and refreshments.
