HMH Grows Meade County Services
Chamber, Community Celebrate Growth with HMH Meade County Primary Care Ribbon Cutting
BRANDENBURG, Ky. – Hardin Memorial Health (HMH) officials joined the Meade County Area Chamber of Commerce and community leaders Tuesday for a ribbon cutting at HMH Meade County Family Medicine, located on Hillcrest Drive. The public celebration marked the addition of the practice to the HMH Medical Group family.
HMH purchased the practice from KentuckyOne Health earlier this year. HMH Medical Group Vice President Jeff Kingery said adding the highly reputable group, which serves more than 9,000 patients throughout Meade County, provides residents with greater access to HMH services.
“We are committed to providing comprehensive healthcare as close to home as possible for Meade County residents,” said Kingery. “We now provide primary care right here in Brandenburg along with diagnostic services and Therapy and Sports Medicine.”
HMH Brandenburg Diagnostics offers MRIs, CT scans, routine X-rays and ultrasounds. In 2015, HMH added Therapy and Sports Medicine at the 100 Commerce Drive location.
Kingery added that HMH physicians providing specialized care including Ear, Nose and Throat and Cardiovascular services also come to Meade County to care for patients.
HMH Meade County Family Medicine’s six providers and 16 support staff are now all HMH employees.
HMH will also provide near site healthcare services to Monument Chemical Employees at the Employee Wellness Clinic at Monument Chemical.
Jeanetta Bosley, M.D., who has cared for patients for more than 20 years, was on hand for the ribbon cutting. She praised HMH for the seamless transition that allowed the HMH Meade County Family Medicine team to focus on patient care.
“It is great to join such a strong, locally-based healthcare system and improve services in Meade County,” Bosley said.
