Baptist Health Paducah has named Pamela Lindemann as director of the respiratory care department.
Baptist Health Paducah has named Pamela Lindemann as director of the respiratory care department.
Lindemann has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist since 1992 and is only one of two National Healthcare Disaster Professional Board-Certified respiratory therapists in the U.S.
Lindemann received a bachelor’s degree in healthcare leadership and a master’s degree in organizational leadership/non-profit organizations from Lewis University.
She previously worked as a respiratory team leader at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, Ill., respiratory care manager at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, Ill., and as a senior program director at Virginia College in Birmingham, Al.
As the director of Respiratory Care, she is responsible for the pulmonary function laboratory, as well as four arterial blood gas laboratories throughout the hospital, providing oxygen and other therapy and pulmonary diagnostics.
