Michael J. Doyle, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon in Louisville with nearly 30 years of experience treating spine and brain conditions. A Louisville native, he earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine after completing his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University. Dr. Doyle specializes in minimally invasive outpatient spine surgery, cervical artificial disc replacement, complex cervical spine pathology, and the surgical management of brain tumors, providing advanced, patient-centered neurological care across the region.
