How do I get an appointment?
To see our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs), we need a referral from your provider in order to make sure we have the correct information to create a medical nutrition therapy plan that is safe and appropriate for you. We can help make this process easy for you.
If you are interested in scheduling for our indirect calorimetry service, you do not need a referral from your provider. Call at 859.260.5122 and we can get you scheduled.

How do I know if I need nutrition services and/or counseling?
We require all patients to complete the Nutrition Services Assessment Form before their initial appointment. If you are unsure if you need our services, and would like to take the assessment before calling the office to make an appointment, feel free to access the form via the link above. Your answers to these questions should show if you are likely to need and benefit from these services. You can also call our office at 859.260.5122.
What is the cost for education services?
Because not all insurances pay for nutritional counseling, we try to keep our prices low. The self-pay fee will vary based on the type of services provided. All initial visits include a complimentary follow-up visit.
