COVID-19 vaccination registration site to open Monday

February 05, 2021

COVID-19 appointments at Baptist Health Paducah will be available online.

Paducah, KY (Feb. 5, 2021)- COVID-19 appointments at Baptist Health Paducah will be available online at www.ScheduleYourVaccine.com starting Monday morning. Vaccination appointments must be made online. Calls to the hospital will be referred to the website. The hospital is currently evaluating other options for scheduling.

Baptist Health Paducah begins vaccinations of Kentucky residents only, age 70 and older, on Wednesday, Feb. 10, in the hospital’s Education meeting rooms, located at the rear of the Larry Barton Atrium, near Outpatient Lab and Imaging. Those with a vaccination appointment must enter at the first floor of the Larry Barton Atrium to be screened.

Appointments are expected to fill up quickly, but available appointments may open due to cancellations. The online portal will be updated with any cancellations and additional appointments. Our switchboard operators do not have access to scheduling. Calls from people attempting to make appointments can cause problems for other patients trying to reach the hospital for urgent medical reasons.

“Baptist Health recognizes how vitally important these vaccines are, especially for those age 70 and older,” said Baptist Health President Chris Roty. “We will administer the vaccinations as quickly as possible, but getting to everyone who wants one will take time. Please be patient as the demand for vaccine greatly exceeds the current supply. We expect it may take several months before we are able to transition to Phase 1C. This is just the beginning of our vaccination efforts, and more appointments will be made available as we continue to get shipments of vaccine.”

To promote social distancing and the efficiency of our clinic, patients who arrive more than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, will be asked to wait in their car.
