Baptist Health Powderly to host free sports physicals for area athletes

Madisonville, KY. (March 19,2018): Baptist Health Powderly will once again host free physicals for area athletes that wish to play sports during the summer months or during the 2018-2019 school year.

The physicals, provided by the physicians and staff at Baptist Health, are free and no appointment is required.  It is requested that each athlete bring the required athletic physical form with them that can be obtained from their school athletic department or from the Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) website.

Physicals will be conducted on Wednesday, March 28 and April 11 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Baptist Health Powderly located at 1010 Medical Center Drive.  Call 270.377.1600 and press “0” for the operator if you need additional details.
