Baptist Health Paducah director earns Continuing Medical Education certification

Maria Hayden, RN, director of Training and Development at Baptist Health Paducah, recently earned the designation of Certified Continuing Medical Education Coordinator from the Kentucky Medical Association.

Maria Hayden, RN, director of Training and Development at Baptist Health Paducah, recently earned the designation of Certified Continuing Medical Education Coordinator from the Kentucky Medical Association.

Hayden has worked at Baptist for 30 years in several departments, including ICU, the Outpatient Center and Education and Development.

She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Murray State University and a master’s degree in education with a specialization in training and performance improvement from Capella University.
