Baptist Health Paducah is pleased to announce two senior leaders have been promoted to vice president.

Kal Keitel, executive director of People & Culture (Human Resources) since 2013, has been named Regional Vice President for Human Resources, serving more than 3,500 Paducah and Madisonville hospital and support services employees.

Keitel has worked in healthcare employment management for 35 years, including hospitals in Wisconsin and Illinois. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification.

Michelle  Hayden, executive director of Finance at Baptist Health Paducah, has been named Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for the hospital’s financial operations, strategy, analysis and budgets.

Hayden has worked in finance at Baptist Health since 1992, following four years in the accounting department at another local hospital. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Murray State University. She won the hospital President’s Award for Excellence in Stewardship in 2013.
