Mental Health Home Care

If you or someone you care for has a mental health condition, you may benefit from in-home services to help you remain healthy and independent.

Baptist Health Home Care may be able to help, if you are home-bound and have recently been in the hospital or have increased symptoms of a psychiatric illness.

In addition to mental health care services, you may also receive home services from therapists, aides, social workers and a chaplain, if needed.

Services

  • Assessment of your response to medication and intervention if side effects occur
  • Counseling for depression caused by a chronic medical problem, pain, or grief and loss
  • Teaching you and your caregivers about mental health issues, symptoms and medications
